I just played in a 9 player SNG for .90.  Payouts were: 

(1) $ 5.50 Entry to Satellite to 200 Double Deuce

(2) $ 1.25

I knocked out 2 people myself and was CL until the end.  I was at 3K, but I kept raising everything and figured out that my last opponent only plays monsters, barely ever calls my raises, and likes to see everything down to the river.  I knew he wanted the 5 bucks just as bad as I wanted it so I just had to be patient.  We were going at it, but staying pretty evently stacked for about 30 minutes.  I think he started getting frustrated and started raising everything when the BB finally reached 1000.  I really thought he was trying to bait me, but he never did, so I really had to to wait until I had a good hand with a good flop...(He never believed that I could flop a good hand) I wish I freaking remember the last hand, but I am kinda buzzed and am just stoked that I won the SNG. =) hahaha.  He had a higher stack almost the whole time when we were heads up, so I made my ALL IN move when I had him covered.  It worked.  I was so happy.

hello boys and girls!!

Today i played in the beta 100 free and i ran into another Poker Curious member XPOKERCHIC....she actually sat to my Left for a bit.  =)  It was exciting to see friendly face...except I had to do a bunch of stuff so most of the time I was sitting out.  Overall, it took me awhile to double up, so most of the time I was struggling to double...I was struggling bc I was trying to also play in my other registered tournament: $50 Poker Vibez

The Poker Vibez had registration held a few days back so of the 1800 peeps, only about 200 were actually playing.  Most of the time everyone was being blinded out and I always had at least one guy gunning to put me all in on every hand if I didn't start playing hands.  So I was basically playing heads up every hand, stealing and bluffing blinds.  I really thought he was going to out smart me because I kept getting antsy, but I prevailed and put him all in taking him out....but....then comes another.  The hands were going so quick I could barely keep up.  By the time the 100 beta started, I was already ITM for what.....6 cents??? lol...so I turned my attention back to the Beta...

I already made a huge mistake playing a hand and gave the pot 200 chips, so I was on a "double or struggle" mood.....haha.....I was totally okay with losing and I was totally okay with doubling up.  So I played hands based on my instincts, not the abc way.  I don't remember my hands or anything, but I remember my stack being around 8G's so I was for sure in the money for the grand prize of 2 bucks...I was stoked, but I wanted to make final teeze again...=)  Long story short, I went out at like 20th I think, not sure.....today I played horribly.  I didn't lose any money today, so I am still in the win baby. 

I just lost the FERG....i was doing sooooooo well with well over 6 G's with only like 300 people left.....and I get AA.......I KNEW I SHOULDN'T...but there was only 1 person all in...I called....they had KQ and flopped their stupid straight....it felt amazing..  So amazing!

I have been playing in the 100 Free almost daily and I usually can only make it to the 10-27 player payout for the prize of $2 bucks.  Yesterday while running back and forth in between classes, I made it to the final table and got out at 7th for $4.  Small BR becoming big in no time. =)

In maybe and hopefully a month I will have won enough from free rolls to play for some stakes. =) haha doubtful though, I like the free rolls way too much right now and not willing to let my BR deplete just yet. 

Other than that, school, video games, true blood and weeds!

Yesterday, FRIDAY (i always win on fridays) I added another 2 to my BR.  I was never struggling which was great.  Only a matter of time before my BR accumulates to a level where I am more comfortable to play bigger stakes than free rolls...hee hee, or just the satellite to the daily dollar. 

I played in the Poker Curious free roll yesterday and I was horrible.  I was not getting any hands and everyone wanted to limp every hand making it impossible to read anything.  After about 20 minutes, I finally decided to make a move and go all in with AQsuited against a Q6s.   I flopped my queen, but my best friend made their flush.  Exciting. I hate losing to shapes.   

I have started to play in the PLO $100 free rolls on FTP and I am really enjoying the style of that game a lot more now.  I was doing good, tripled up, ready to settle down for a little.  I don't remember the exact plays of the hands but I do remember losing to 4 of a kind with a full house in my hands. haha. I heard you see crazy hands like that, but it didn't feel good at all. =(

Yeah, I may not be like some of the big guns on the site, cashing for >100, but I am doing my part in the micro of micro cashings.  I have been saving up my bankroll and waiting till I hit the right amount to start playing some sngs for cash.  I am too nervous to play the 1.25, so right now I am starting tiny, like me, only playing the .30 dollar satellite, to get my feel of not playing for free and getting used to the feeling of possibly losing my money.  =) 

Last night I did it for the first time, I played the daily dollar satellite and won.  I was pretty excited since I noticed that I was actually making the moves to knock people out, instead of folding what I should be playing.  I love tournaments, but one table seems a lot more fun and exciting.  I felt accomplished when I won, even though I only made 70 cents with my 30 cent buy-in.  I beat out 6 other people, good enough for me, for now.

I just played another and I won again.  I was excited for this one in particular because I dominated the table the whole time.  Another .70 to the BR.  i am rich baby yes.

yeah baby, just won another. beat out another 6. yayay.  this one was a lot more fun. i felt confident in every hand i played.  YES, not a fluke baby.

Last night...I played the FERG and won another $1T.  YES I RULE.  But let me say, it was pretty hard to get it, with 2700 billion people in it, it usually drops quick style bc only 100 get the dollar.  At 500 people, the BB were almost at 10K, so I was constantly having to go all-in almost every round, luckily I made some stellar calls and survived to the end, with 50K to spare.  I know, I am amazing at lasting.

While I was playing the Ferg, I was also in one of donkhard.com's freerolls.  I was ballin and getting cards like no other.  People hated it though, especially a CREW that has come to harass me almost everyday.  Maybe they remember me from freerolls??  haha.  I'm tellin ya, everyday, a crew from ************ drinks a whole bunch of haterade finds me on FTP and releases on me. I am famous.  At first, I maybe thought I was being a cool donk and calling with bad cards, but no, ugh, they were just hating to hate.  NAME AND AVATAR haters.  I love those peeps.  I showed everytime that they were beat B4 the flop, and AFTER....haha, there's why. j/k  So whatever, MUTE, or else I was going to glitter them back with all the nice words they were saying to me. 

Final table comes and I have about 40K, everyone else has more or less the same.  My BB, AK, by the time it gets around to me, I had two of those haterade drinkers putting me all in.  I did it, and took both of them out.  GLITTER comes flying at me for flopping a K. Sorry?  Why did you call with nothing?  Because oh ya, you are trying to punk me and show off to your g.f at the table.  My tounament life ended when I had pocket 8, someone raises, I call, flop comes 7710, I blast in, calls, shows 34, runner effing runnered 56.  My all in was 40K.  WTF? LOL, I almost died.  My heart pulled and I was sad, all I wanted was to get 6th for over a dollar.  No one wants the stupid 81 cents I got jacked with.  Punched me in the face with 34.  I was prepared like a mofo to lose to 7, but I knew he had crap.  =) to seal the deal, biznatch to my R, throws out a, nice call with 34. hahahhahahahhahah ugh, if only we were face to face.

Meanwhile, girl to my right, I'll call her best friend, is just talking mad crap about how good she is and how massive her stack was. (it was pretty massive)  Yeah, you're the best, now shut up.  (We see each other a lot and she never has anything good to say, not even NH when you get it) She is a bad beat winner, suck out after suck out, but obviously she's doing something right.  All I have to say to you is: you are lucky your boys call your all ins with crap, so they GIVE you their chips, yes I said it.  Plus, if I wasn't so busy watching my ass from your boys, I'd have some time to go after you. Next time baby, next time.  

WHY DO GIRLS LIKE TO HATE ON GIRLS online?? I mean, wtf, I can understand in person, you can see, look, judge, laugh, but online....on FTP, with the cartoon avatars...and names....WEIRD.  Same goes with guys that jock the hot avatar girls....WEIRD.

If you guys didn't know, I am also into video games as much as I am into poker.  Sorry, I am going to focus on gaming, so tune out if you are expecting poker talk =).  Here are my TOP 5 PICKS that i am excited and ready for.  I can't wait until HALO3 honestly, it comes out a DAY before my birthday!  If this game is as popular as I know it will be...I will probably be standing in line at 8pm on 9/21/09 at a Gamestop or Game Crazy, whichever offers the best bundle pack.  I can't wait for the many gaming competitions that will be underway!!!!  Not only that, if you get ODST, you also get a beta for multiplayer online for HALO:REACH that comes out in 2010!! Check em out, they are amazing teasers, especially Splinter Cell.  I can't wait for Left 4 dead, yes I was that chick, she was very annoying i know....but I am pretty excited you get chainsaws and pipes this time.  blood guts and gore!!

NOTE:  I super super excited the MGS has come to xbox!!  That game looks and is probably going to be absolutely amazing on xboxlive, multiplayer.  AMAZING.  PS has such a sucky online crowd, MGS was right to finally give the fun to xbox too.  YAY.  Remember, xbox did receive the Guinness World Record...for most registered and active users in the online community of over 22 million.  NICE.

NOTE:  I was one of those people that received HALO3 at midnight, got it, opened it, played it, and watched as the rest of the world got it and played it.  I saw the numbers rise from 10,000 gamers online playing halo, to over a million. At a million, i took a picture. =)  There were never that many people online EVER.  That was amazing to see over A MILLION people playing the same game I was. HAHA.  It was cool to see Asia getting it, then watching as Europe already did, or the other way around....but it was awesome.  Those of you that have XBOXlive, know about the lighted world map that shows you gamers online.  I know I'm a freak, I'll stop.  HALO3 craze is over.  =)

Today is opening day of E32009 and this year I am not there, I am watching from the G4 channel.  Next year will be the year.  Besides that, I caught a glimse of what Sony Press Conference had to offer, and at first, I didn't want to hear, I am not a PS player, but the conference convinced me.  Other than their impressive upgrade to the Wii motion technologies that Nintendo had to offer(i KNEW microsoft would come out with better, and all i have to say is NETAL) I liked the Final Fantasy trailer a lot to almost make me want to play it, but rpg is not my thing.  I probably might go out and buy a playstation just for the game God of War 3.  The trailer was absolutely amazing it gave me the chills!  It was like a deja vu of castlevania...ya remember that, add gears of war's monster style graphics and you get a tekken stadium style fighting, with very extreme blood ripping off the ram's horn and stabbing it in the eye!!  LOL, they knew that would get em.  When i find that clip I will post it! 

I can't even talk about Microsoft's Press Conference because I am still speechless and they haven't posted anything yet!!  HALO is back, I almost cried.  Xbox has come out with the NETAL, that is something else to cry about.  I will be back with more details.

I am currently playing the NLHE 100free on FTP and there is a break, so I am quickly going to update.  I decided to play in the Omaha 100 free on FTP yesterday and I actually really really like it. I am almost finished with Caro's Fundamental Secrets of Winning Poker book, so I decided to give it a go.  I actually did pretty good in the tournament and I felt like I was starting to understand the style little by little.  This is bad, I told myself only to stick to NLHE bc I get addicted easily.  Now with this and everything from E3, i don't know how i will be able to split my time!!  It's not very easy to play xbox and poker at the same time.  You need complete focus on one to destroy.  Ugh, there needs to be more hours in the day.  I already rarely sleep!

I just got out of class and before I could even head home, I had to stop at the library to look at the PC site, bc I thought it would be a lot more fun not being home with stupid roommates and a faster internet connection.  I stumbled on the FTP site and saw the cool store they have.  Has anyone really ever gotten something from there?  I have a random shopping for the weirdest crap syndrome.   A friend of mine played Full Tilt all the time, so I told him i wanted the cheapest thing in the store.  When he told me it was in the mail, I was super excited for some Full Tilt branded cards.  This reminds me of a time where I also asked my first bf in hs, to buy me a gyroscope with his extra ebay money.  I still have no idea why I wanted that crap, but it was pretty cool for about 30 seconds. haha   I was so excited to get them in the mail, I was embarassed with myself. I want those two so bad, why can't I just pay cash for them?? CAN WE?  I want the rotating globe just for kicks and to look at it, you know like having a fish tank, but no fish.  I used to do the whole fish thing, they just die.  The only thing the globe can do bad is fall off its magic rotation. lol. Plus the globe will be a very nice addition to my desk, next to my sharper image, hand massager.  =)  I know, all that poker clicking and etc.

I want the keg for obvious reasons.  To bring my own teene FTP keg to parties and fill it with either Corona or Miller Light. (who else thinks their new campaign for "FLAVOR, BALANCE, LOCK IN" crapola of the "taste protector cap".  All i have to say is what a waste of money and marketing.  No one freaking cares if they have a special cap on their beer, just that you can get it off when you want to drink it.  For my many years of love for the beer, did you not have the best taste for me before?? weirdos.  If that idea is supposed to be on par with the Coors, their cold test, then I might just convert to Coors.  If I was on the team I would of come up with glow in the dark something on the bottle label, then you can play off your MILLER LITE name.  Lots of college students and peeps drink at parties and bbq that go well into the night, there ya go. A lot better than a protector cap, just in case you get raped!  I used to carry those big HUGE i think 2 liter glass beer bottles to parties.  They were very hard to drink out of though =)  the keg would be a def reaction to "oh she bought the heini? no that is her own effing keg!!" =)

Face the ace here i come baby.  100 ata time =) It really sucks that you cant transfer points, why is that full tilt, some people don't care for them!
